Webinar: Three Design Tips for Power Distribution Networks
To measure low PDN impedance, a favorite choice is to use a VNA with two-port shunt-through connection scheme. This solution works well with fixtures, but when we need cables to reach the DUT, the cable braid resistance creates errors that can be orders of magnitudes higher compared to the DUT impedance. This gEEk® spEEk will explain three possible ways to suppress this error.
